The Entry Visas are normally issued to person of Indian origin who does not possess OCI cards, foreign national married to Indian nationals, for those who own property
in India and Iranian national teams participating in international sports events. However, sportsmen applying to participate in commercial sports events in India on contract like Indian Premier League,
Indian soccer League, Indian Badminton League with remuneration will apply for Business Visa.
Requirements:
- Hard copy of application form after uploading on the Indian visa website.
- Two recent passport size photographs.
- Passport(New and old) with photocopy including all pages with entries/visa granted with photocopy.
- Photocopy of Shenasnameh
- Marriage certificate with Indian national for establishing the link.
- Passport copy of Indian national for verification.
- If stay in India is extended, also copy of extension.
- Clarence of Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Home Affairs for sport visas.
Note: Person proceeding on Entry Visa (`X’ Visa) would not undertake studies/employment/business during his/her stay in India.
